A Cosy Autumn Evening

Happy Sunday! Now that it’s autumn we have the perfect excuse to curl up with a book or curl up in front of the telly with a bar of chocolate! And with the Doctor Who back on our screens and National Chocolate Week starting tomorrow, here at Oxfam Petergate we are fully in our element!

The Thirteenth Doctor is from Yorkshire so we automatically love her and have been reaching for our Doctor Who books!

We have a selection of books from the The Darksmith Legacy, a ten-book series featuring the Tenth Doctor. As well as The Missy Chronicles all about the “renegade Time Lord we all love to hate”

We can’t wait to sit down and watch the next episode tonight with a bar (or two) of Divine chocolate especially as the big bars are currently 2 for £3.50 until the 30th October!

So feel free to brace the rain and pick up a book and some chocolate for the perfect cosy Autumnal night in, we’re open until half past 4!
